EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Under our Money Back Guarantee, if a product purchased from our vending machines did not meet your requirement, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase and you have another 14 days to return the item back to our office. The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

We may not offer a refund due to buyer’s remorse or because you no longer want an item (e.g. it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you purchased it without seeing it.

We advise our customers to check our selection of products carefully before placing an order from the machine. If an error occurs during the transaction, please get in touch with us immediately through our various points of contact for the problem to be corrected.

Once a refund, exchange or repairs has been agreed and you are advised to return the item we will provide you with further instructions. Products is still under warranty will be returned using Royal Mail pre-paid postage and ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage whilst in transit.
